Senior Officer - Internal Audit - Emiratization

Al Hilal Bank's Internal Audit team is looking for a Senior Officer to execute risk-based audit assignments and provide assurance over governance, risk management and internal controls across the Bank.

• Conduct risk-based, routine and non-routine internal audit reviews
• Assess risks, identify key controls and design audit testing approaches
• Perform walkthroughs, interviews, data analysis and control testing
• Prepare clear, well-documented audit working papers and observations
• Follow up on corrective actions and track issue remediation
• Identify and escalation indicators of fraud, misconduct or control override
• Stay current on developments in auditing, banking, risk and regulation

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Auditing or related field
• 4+ years' experience in internal audit, external audit, risk assurance or controls assessment within Banking/Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of risk-based auditing, governance and internal controls
• Excellent audit documentation and report-writing skills
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail and professional judgement
