- Manage daily cash processing, including counting, balancing, reconciliation, authentication, packaging and dispatch.
- Ensure cash is processed accurately, securely and within agreed service levels.
- Support vault operations, cash inventory verification, dual-control procedures and access management.
- Coordinate ATM cash preparation, cassette loading, balancing, reconciliation and inventory planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security controls and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate discrepancies and support audits, loss-prevention activities and risk management.
- Handle operational queries and contribute to service reviews, process improvements and new technology implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Logistics, Security Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification in cash management, banking, security, or operations is an advantage.
- Minimum five years of experience in cash centres, vault operations, banking operations, cash processing or cash management.
- Previous experience managing cash-handling or cash-processing operations.
- Experience with banks, financial institutions, exchange houses or secure logistics companies is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cash processing, vault operations, ATM services and reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
- High levels of integrity, accountability and confidentiality
