- Lead the relationship management function, overseeing engagement with minors, guardians, and beneficiaries
- Establish service standards, relationship management processes, and performance KPIs
- Oversee complex beneficiary cases, escalations, and coordination with internal departments
- Drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Arabic fluency is mandatory for all four positions
- For the relationship management roles, preference should be given to candidates with experience in retail banking, wealth management, private banking, or similar client-facing financial services functions
- Lead the Relationship Management function, overseeing beneficiary and guardian relationships and ensuring high standards of service delivery
- Bring extensive experience in banking relationship management, preferably in wealth management, private banking, or client servicing, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
