Neo Fort Holding is a UAE-based diversified investment and operating group with interests across multiple sectors, including maritime, energy, technology, real estate, and other commercial ventures.

The Group focuses on strategic investments, business acquisitions, partnerships, and the long-term development of its portfolio companies.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Investment & Portfolio Manager to support the Group's investment activities, evaluate new opportunities, execute transactions, and oversee the financial and strategic performance of existing investments.

Working closely with the Group CEO, the successful candidate will play a key role in identifying investment opportunities, supporting capital allocation decisions, and maximizing portfolio value.

• Evaluate potential acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and new business opportunities.
• Develop financial models, valuations, feasibility studies, and investment return analyses.
• Lead financial and commercial due diligence in coordination with external advisers.
• Prepare investment proposals, business cases, and recommendations for executive management and shareholders.
• Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and execution through to closing.
• Assess investment risks, capital requirements, and potential exit strategies.

• Monitor the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies and investments.
• Track investment returns, valuations, cash flows, and performance against approved business plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, capital efficiency, and shareholder value.
• Work with subsidiary management teams to review performance and investment requirements.
• Prepare consolidated investment performance reports and portfolio reviews.

• Conduct industry research, market assessments, and competitor analysis.
• Support capital allocation, investment prioritization, and long-term portfolio planning.
• Coordinate with the Group Finance team on investment budgets, forecasts, and funding requirements.
• Maintain an organized investment pipeline and transaction documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• CFA, MBA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in investment management, private equity, corporate finance, M&A, family offices, or diversified holding companies.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, business valuation, investment analysis, and transaction execution.
• Experience evaluating privately held businesses and direct investments is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of corporate financial statements, investment structures, and commercial due diligence.
• UAE or GCC investment experience is an advantage.
