We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE mortgage market, established relationships with banks, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, convert clients, and achieve sales targets.

• Advise clients on residential mortgage products, home loans, refinancing, and mortgage buyouts.
• Assess clients’ financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
• Manage the complete mortgage application process, from initial consultation to final disbursement.
• Coordinate with banks and clients to ensure timely submission of documents and application processing.
• Follow up regularly with clients, banking partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
