We are seeking an experienced and strategic Investment Director to lead investment planning, evaluate financial opportunities, and oversee investment strategies that support long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong financial expertise, market analysis capabilities, and proven leadership skills to identify investment opportunities, manage risks, and maximize returns.

• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with organizational objectives and long-term financial goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize investment opportunities across relevant markets and asset classes.
• Conduct financial analysis, market research, and investment due diligence to assess potential returns and risks.
• Oversee investment portfolios and monitor performance against established financial objectives.
• Evaluate business acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and potential investment projects.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and investment proposals to support decision-making.
• Monitor economic trends, market developments, and industry conditions that may affect investment performance.
• Establish investment criteria, risk management frameworks, and performance evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with senior management, finance teams, and external advisors on investment planning and execution.
• Lead negotiations with investment partners, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assess investment risks and recommend strategies to protect capital and improve risk-adjusted returns.
• Oversee the preparation of investment reports, financial forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Manage investment budgets, capital allocation, and resource planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, business partners, and industry professionals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop investment teams while promoting sound financial judgment and analytical excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in investment management, corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Proven experience evaluating investment opportunities and developing investment strategies.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, portfolio management, and investment risk assessment.
• Experience conducting due diligence and analyzing financial statements, market data, and business performance.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to interpret economic trends and translate market insights into investment recommendations.
• Familiarity with financial analysis tools, investment platforms, and reporting systems.
• Relevant professional qualifications, such as CFA, CPA, or other finance-related credentials, are an advantage where applicable.
