We are partnering with a leading organisation in the leisure and entertainment sector to appoint an experienced Director - Revenue Strategy, Pricing & Analytics
.
The successful candidate will lead revenue optimisation initiatives, with a strong focus on pricing research, dynamic pricing strategies, demand forecasting, market intelligence and inventory management
.
- Lead pricing research, competitive benchmarking, price elasticity analysis and revenue optimisation strategies.
- Develop dynamic pricing models, demand forecasts and scenario-based revenue strategies.
- Oversee revenue planning, inventory optimisation and commercial performance analytics.
- Translate market research and customer demand insights into actionable pricing and commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in senior revenue management or commercial roles.
- Proven, hands-on experience in dynamic pricing, pricing research and price elasticity analysis is essential.
- Strong background in leisure, theme parks, airlines, tourism or similarly complex revenue management environments.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including financial modelling, forecasting and pricing analytics.
- Proven experience presenting commercial strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
