Credit Card Subject Matter Expert

Deeply analyze credit card product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and ongoing management ensuring strategic alignment and market competitiveness

Develop and refine credit card policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for risk mitigation

Serve as the primary point of contact for complex credit card inquiries providing expert guidance and solutions to internal teams and external partners

Design and implement innovative credit card features and benefits that enhance customer value and drive portfolio growth

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in credit cards within the banking sector, covering both business and technology aspects.
• Experience in a large-scale core banking or cards platform transformation or migration.
• UAE or GCC cards market experience preferred, including familiarity with AECB and local regulations.

• Experience with card management systems such as Way4, HPS PowerCARD, TSYS, Euronet or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard scheme rules, ISO 8583, EMV, 3-D Secure and tokenisation.
• Strong understanding of PCI DSS requirements and controls.
• Knowledge of card fraud, authorisation and dispute management processes.
• Understanding of BIAN card service domains and API-led integration.

• PCI Professional (PCIP).
• Accredited Payments Risk Professional or equivalent payments certification.
• Visa or Mastercard scheme training.
