Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance to support the Finance Department in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, budget control, and the smooth day-to-term management of finance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and preferably hospitality industry experience. This role requires a proactive professional who can support financial planning, reporting, internal controls, and business decision-making while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of finance experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA) is an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
