Escrow Product Management- Specialist; Arabic speaker

Responsible for escrow product management activities with specific focus on JOP and RE activities in all emirates Screening all clients requests for payments and deposits allocations as per Regulations and bank Policy Overseeing the preparation of reports for regulatory submissions

Work in corrdination with sales and relationship team on deals Handle product risk and compliance activities including client specific requests

Handling client regulatory requests and inquieries Reconciliation management of all the projects to comply with the regulations

• Knowledge:knowledge of real estate and owners’ associations regulations
• Excellent communication, analytical and customer service skills
  
  Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft office mainly excel and Power Point Experienced  in escrow operations, escrow laws and regulations
• Language proficient:
  Arabic Fluent (business) English.

  A self-starter, motivated, with willingness to undertake self-learning and work under pressure.
  
  Must demonstrate the ability to analyze and understand project credentials, good numerical skills required for project and revenue assessments, should have a high-level interpersonal skill
  
  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to articulate concepts effectively
• Experience:
  
  Experience in Escrow Services mainly operations is preferably.
  
  Knowledge in RE escrow laws and regulations across UAE.Good understanding of local and international GTB products, international cash management practices, and Digital platform operations

• Education:
  
  University Degree minimum Bachelor’s degree
  
  Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Legal preferred
