Finance Executive

• Financial Management Reporting Prepare monthly financial reports management accounts and financial statements Monitor revenue expenses profitability and cash flow Analyse financial performance of the Completion Products division Prepare budget forecasts and variance analysis Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
• Cost Control Product Costing Monitor product manufacturing procurement and operational costs Analyse product pricing gross margins and profitability Review purchase costs inventory valuation and project-related expenses Monitor cost variations and identify opportunities for cost savings Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to control expenses
• Accounts Receivable Payable Monitor customer invoices collections and outstanding receivables Review supplier invoices and coordinate timely payments Follow up on overdue accounts and prepare ageing reports Ensure proper documentation for financial transactions
• Budgeting Commercial Support Assist in preparing annual budgets and business forecasts Evaluate financial implications of customer quotations and contracts Support sales teams with pricing and profitability analysis Review project financial performance and identify potential risks Provide financial information to management for business decisions
• Inventory Asset Management Monitor inventory valuation and stock movements Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock reconciliation Review obsolete slow-moving and excess inventory Ensure proper accounting of equipment materials and fixed assets
• Compliance Audit Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements Support internal and external audits Maintain proper financial documentation and accounting controls Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting.

Experience in the UAE Oil & Gas industry is preferred.

Experience in oilfield services, engineering, manufacturing, or equipment trading companies is an advantage.

Experience in product costing, inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
