Position Overview
ADNOC Group is seeking a Government Relations Officer to manage documentation and government liaison activities that support company operations and employee services. The role focuses on handling visa processing, security passes, official documentation, and coordination with government authorities to ensure compliance with UAE regulations. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining effective relationships with government departments and ensuring timely completion of administrative processes for employees and company operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with Abu Dhabi government departments and authorities to support company operations and administrative requirements.
- Manage documentation services including visas, security passes, travel cards, and employee identification cards.
- Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation for employees and authorized visitors.
- Arrange business visas through embassies and ensure timely processing of required approvals.
- Maintain centralized records of visa documentation and employee government records.
- Ensure security access passes and identification cards are issued and renewed for employees, contractors, and dependents.
- Follow up with relevant authorities for Emirates and renewals.
- Coordinate medical clearance requirements including health authority approvals related to employment visas.
- Maintain communication with police authorities and other government entities to resolve company-related issues.
- Support company management in coordinating visits and meetings with government officials.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and monitor regulatory updates affecting company documentation processes.
- Assist employees and departments with government-related administrative procedures.
- Handle documentation processes related to operational site access, guest visits, and official company delegations.
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in government relations or documentation services within a large organization.
- Experience handling visas, immigration documentation, and government approvals in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government processes related to employment visas, Emirates , and regulatory documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with government authorities and resolve documentation issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
