To ensure all FAB branches/buildings are timely inspected by civil defence or any other applicable regulatory/legal authority for timely issuance of fire safety and security approvals for FAB premises.

• Ensure all FAB branches/buildings are inspected by civil defence or any applicable regulatory/legal authority for timely issuance of fire safety and security approvals.
• Ensure all FAB premises civil defence safety certificates are renewed and updated on or before expiry dates.
• Ensure all FAB branches security system inspections and approvals from relevant police authorities are in place on or before Civil Defence expiry dates.
• Maintain an updated MIS on Civil Defense certificates and monitoring systems certificates.
• Liaise with civil defence and other applicable regulatory bodies to bring up-to-date safety and security regulations for timely compliance.
• Ensure all payments related to civil defence/police are made on time to schedule inspections promptly.
• Reconcile payments to civil defence/police with the accounts team regularly to avoid discrepancies.
• Support the premises team in arranging approvals/clearances from civil defence/police during fit‑out projects.
• Arrange civil defence/police approvals for any other work necessary for bank operations.
• Manage the contract for fire alarm and fire fighting equipment.
• Ensure suppliers conduct regular maintenance checks for fire alarm and fire fighting equipment.
• Ensure availability of AMC, civil defence certificates, and monitoring systems certificates for all new and existing locations.
• Ensure all FAB locations are equipped with updated fire alarm and fire fighting equipment and that maintenance is performed by the appointed vendor.
• Assist in raising savings for the fire safety sub‑unit.
• Generate new ideas for implementation in the area.
• Support automation processes wherever possible.
• Ensure all civil defence related payments are processed through the FAB Administration Department Corporate Credit Card.
• Be authorized to take decisions on renewals of civil defence/police related fire safety in consultation with premises team and other stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Knowledge of local security and safety regulations is required.
• Working knowledge of Arabic and English language.

0–2 years experience handling works with local authorities, especially with police and civil defence.
