Senior Public Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Emigration Work and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
• Manage and submit documents to the CISPA and other relevant governmental bodies.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Labor (MOL) for work permits, labor-related inquiries, and regulations.
• Process permits and paperwork with the Municipality and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Work with TAMM services for government-related transactions and approvals.
• Maintain relations and handle official paperwork with AD Police and Court for legal and regulatory matters.
• Manage documentation and processes through the Taseel system for various permits and services.
• Act as a liaison between the company and various governmental entities to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

• Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience as a PRO, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven experience handling 1,000+ employees
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, TAMM, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, and other UAE government portals.
• Hands‑on experience in processing employment visas, work permits, labour cards, Emirates , visa renewals, cancellations, status changes, and related government documentation.
• Experience coordinating trade license renewals and government approvals.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory).
