Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Analog is looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage the permits, licences, and government relationships that keep our operations in the UAE running smoothly. You will be the person who turns paperwork into approvals, and who our team and partners rely on to know exactly where every application stands.
This is a hands on role that touches every part of the business, from company registration and to client meetings with government stakeholders. Fluency in Arabic and comfort walking into a government office and walking out with a stamped approval are essential.
What you’ll doGovernment Relations and Compliance
- Manage permit, licence, and clearance applications for the company and its staff, and keep every approval current and renewed on time.
- Represent Analog in person at government offices and ministries, building relationships that speed up approvals and resolve issues quickly.
- Track regulatory changes that affect the business and flag what needs to change in our processes or documentation.
- Prepare, translate, and submit the Arabic and English paperwork each application requires, and follow up until it is approved.
- Coordinate meetings and recurring calls with clients and partners, including scheduling, agendas, and follow up on actions.
- Keep a clear record of outstanding actions across government and partner relationships, and chase them to closure.
- Act as a point of contact for staff who need support with visas, Emirates , or other personal government processes.
- Support leadership ahead of government meetings with briefing notes and translated materials.
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker, equally comfortable in English, written and spoken.
- Direct experience as a PRO or in a similar government liaison role in the UAE.
- A working network across relevant ministries, free zone authorities, and licensing bodies.
- Comfort taking paperwork through to approval in person, including waiting rooms and queues.
- Excellent organisational skills, and a habit of tracking every open item until it is closed.
- Strong communication skills, and the judgment to know when to escape.
- A valid UAE driving licence.
