Job description

Enforce the rulings issued in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned articles of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the instructions issued by the Technical Office of the Attorney General in this regard with complete confidentiality and accuracy.

• Record the penalty, measures, and charges issued against the convicted person on the final judgment page.
• Issue an order to enforce the judgment issued by the courts of first instance, appeal, and cassation, taking into account the provisions of Articles (292, 293, 309) regarding the calculation of the period of pretrial detention and physical coercion to collect the fine in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
• Issue an arrest warrant in a judgment in absentia or in person, or cancel it by suspending the investigation.
• Declare the defendant convicted in absentia by a judgment in absentia or in person, in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
• Issue an order to pay the fine, taking into account the provisions of Article 307 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
• Issue a bond of good conduct for the juvenile or place the juvenile under judicial supervision in juvenile cases.
• Issue an order to pay the bail or difference in the fine electronically in accordance with the procedures and methodology for the enforcement of judgments.
• Issue letters to relevant authorities such as courts, police stations, companies, and others.
