Specialist in energy and water efficiency codes and standards.
Location:
Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Manage development and administration of sector regulations, codes and standards.
- Conduct periodic reviews and updates of regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs Sector on policy effectiveness and implementation gaps.
- Commission research to support policy development and ensure alignment with government decisions.
- Facilitate interaction among energy and water disciplines to build synergies.
- Collaborate with Legal Affairs Office to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance sector performance.
- Prepare regulatory reports regularly and accurately.
- Measure social, economic and environmental impacts of new policies.
- Ensure feedback mechanisms for regulation development and implementation.
