Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Government Relations

Location:

Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking an experienced PRO to manage companyregistrations, licence renewals, and government transactions in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Handlecompany registration, trade licence issuance, amendments, and renewals.
• Renewestablishment cards, government registrations, permits, and approvals.
• Coordinate with ADDED, TAMM, MOHRE, ICP, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and relevantauthorities.
• Processwork permits, employment visas, residence renewals, and cancellations.
• Manage document submissions, attestations, and government clearances.
• Trackrenewal deadlines, follow up on applications, and resolve documentation issues.
• Maintain records of approvals, government fees, and company documents.

• 3–5years of PRO experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven experience in company registration, trade licence renewal, and governmentliaison.
• Hands-on knowledge of TAMM, ADDED, MOHRE, and ICP portals.
• Familiarity with UAE licensing, labour, and immigration procedures.
• Strong Arabic and English communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• ValidUAE driving licence preferred.
