Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Lash Extension Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role involves providing high-quality lash extension services, including application, removal, and aftercare guidance. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, maintaining a clean and sanitized workstation, and recommending suitable lash styles based on client preferences. Building lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service will be essential to your role.
Qualifications- Proficient in lash application techniques, lash extension removal, and eyelash aftercare.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service and consultations.
- Attention to detail and ability to customize lash styles to fit individual client preferences.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation techniques and hygiene standards in a beauty service environment.
- Certification in lash extensions or relevant training is required.
- Previous experience working in the beauty industry or in a lash-specific role is preferred.
- A passion for beauty and helping clients feel their best, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
