Responsibilities
Expertly apply lash extensions ensuring meticulous placement and achieving desired styles from natural enhancements to dramatic volumes.
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their eye shape preferences and lifestyle, offering personalized recommendations for lash designs.
Maintain a sterile and organized workstation adhering to strict hygiene protocols to prevent infections and ensure client safety.
Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients, addressing their concerns, and creating a comfortable and relaxing experience.
QualificationsPossesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a cosmetology or esthetics license is highly preferred.
Holds a valid certification in lash extensions and related services, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards.
Demonstrates at least 1-2 years of proven experience in the lash industry, showcasing a strong understanding of techniques.
Prior experience in a salon or spa environment, with a track record of providing exceptional client service.
