Spa Therapist

YOUR ROLE

As a Spa Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering the world‑class treatments and guest care that define Sense®, A Rosewood Spa. You will provide a range of facial, massage, and body services while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, guest comfort, and service excellence. This role directly supports the success of the spa and hotel by creating memorable experiences, enhancing guest satisfaction, and upholding Rosewood’s luxury standards.

• Deliver professional facial, massage, and body treatments in accordance with established protocols and guest preferences.
• Maintain a consistently high level of guest service by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and fostering positive interactions.
• Ensure treatment rooms and workstations remain clean, sanitized, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Conduct thorough guest consultations and confidently recommend spa products, services, and enhancements.
• Adhere to all departmental policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures—including sanitation, draping, and equipment use.
• Support daily spa operations through accurate appointment scheduling, documentation, and product inventory management.

• You bring at least 2 years of experience in esthetics or massage therapy within a luxury spa or hotel environment.
• You hold recognized qualifications in esthetics or massage therapy, with CPR certification and professional training.
• You deliver treatments with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and guest comfort.
• You thrive in a team environment while remaining self‑motivated and able to work independently when needed.
• You handle guest interactions with warmth, professionalism, and sound judgment—even in challenging moments.
• You communicate confidently in English and can maintain confidentiality while managing guest information with care.
