About the Role

We are seeking passionate and customer‑focused Hair Stylists and Junior Hair Stylists to join our growing luxury salon team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of hair care styling techniques and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium salon experience.

• Provide professional hair cutting, styling, blow‑drying, and hair treatment services.
• Perform hair coloring, highlighting, balayage, toning, and other chemical services as per client requirements.
• Conduct hair consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and home‑care products.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and workstation organization.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Support salon sales initiatives through product recommendations and service upgrades.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and professional service.
• Assist in achieving individual and salon revenue targets.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment.
• Strong expertise in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.
• Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced luxury salon environment.

• 6 months to 2 years of salon experience.
• Basic knowledge of hair styling, blow‑drying, hair treatments, and coloring assistance.
• Willingness to learn and develop advanced hairstyling skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer‑focused approach.

• Beauty/Hairdressing certification from a recognized institution.
• Experience in premium or luxury salon brands is an advantage.
