Job Overview

Provide professional spa treatments, ensuring client satisfaction through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to safety protocols. Perform massage, facial, and body treatments with proficiency in Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Swedish, Thai, and Ayurvedic techniques, and support retail sales and guest consultation.

• Deliver personalized massage, skincare, and body treatments, maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Conduct client consultations, assess guest needs, and recommend suitable services.
• Manage reservations, confirm appointments, and support front‑desk operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery and uphold spa standards.
• Stay updated on spa trends, new treatments, and product knowledge.
• Promote and upsell spa services while maintaining a professional appearance and communication.

• 1–10 years of experience in luxury spa or salon settings (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, UAE).
• Proficiency in Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Swedish, Thai, and Ayurvedic massage techniques.
• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field.
• Fluency in Russian and English required (additional languages a plus).
• Strong customer‑focused approach, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to maintaining hygiene standards and adherence to safety protocols.
