On-site. We are hiring a Master Barber to deliver precision fades, beard sculpting, hot towel rituals, and classic men’s grooming with speed, consistency, and premium hospitality.

You own the barbering experience from consult to finish. You read head shape and growth patterns, recommend styles that fit lifestyle and maintenance, and keep stations razor-sharp on hygiene. You may train apprentices on clipper control, lineups, and client flow during busy queues.

• Execute fades, tapers, scissor work, and beard detailing to brand standards.
• Offer straight-razor shaves or hot towel services where menu permits.
• Sanitize tools, dispose of blades safely, and maintain barber mats and stations.
• Manage walk-ins and appointments with accurate wait-time communication.
• Upsell grooming products with authentic recommendations, not pressure.
• Document clipper guards, angles, and client preferences for repeat visits.
• Support shop culture: music volume, scent policy, and inclusive guest tone.
• Assist with inventory counts for blades, tonics, and retail SKUs.

• + years in a high-volume barbershop or men’s grooming studio.
• Portfolio demonstrating fades, beard work, and classic cuts on diverse textures.
• Licensed barber per local regulations; blood borne pathogen awareness.
• Confident with straight razor only where certified and insured.
• Stamina for back-to-back services; professional grooming and punctuality.
• Strong communication in English;
  Arabic is a plus for mixed clientele.
• Competitive chair rent or commission structure (discussed transparently).
• Retail spiffs on grooming products; annual tool allowance where applicable.
• Loyalty among walk-in regulars with marketing support from the shop.
