Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Beauty Therapist to provide a range of professional beauty treatments while ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate should be experienced in skincare, facials, waxing and other beauty services with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities- Perform beauty treatments including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures and body treatments.
- Assess clients' skin and beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety in treatment rooms and equipment.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Promote salon services and retail beauty products to achieve sales targets.
- Keep accurate client treatment records and appointment details.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products and treatment techniques.
- Ensure compliance with salon policies and health and safety regulations.
- Certification or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist.
- Proficiency in facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures and skincare treatments.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
- Experience working in luxury salons, spas, wellness centers or beauty clinics.
- Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and premium beauty products.
