As a Salon Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing excellent customer service, and supporting technicians and other staff.

• Customer Service:
  Greet clients warmly as they arrive and ensure they feel comfortable. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage walk-in inquiries.
• Salon Maintenance:
  Keep the salon clean and organized, including sweeping floors, sanitizing tools and equipment, and maintaining a tidy work area.
• Assist Stylists:
  Support stylists and technicians with tasks such as preparing clients for services, shampooing hair, and managing product supplies.
• Inventory Management:
  Monitor stock levels of salon products and supplies, and assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
• Client Communication:
  Provide information to clients about services, products, and promotions. Address any questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a customer service or salon environment is a plus but not required.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Appearance:
  Professional appearance and demeanor. A passion for the beauty industry is a must.
