• Minimum 5 years of professional hairstyling experience preferably within a premium or luxury salon environment
• Advanced skills in hair cutting coloring highlights balayage blow-dry styling and hair treatments
• Strong consultation and client relationship skills
• Confident working with different hair types textures and styles
• Excellent understanding of professional haircare products and techniques
• Well-groomed professional and service-focused personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant hairstyling qualification or certification is preferred
• Previous experience with luxury beauty or international salon brands would be an advantage
• Completion of a cosmetology program from an accredited institution, ensuring foundational knowledge in hair styling techniques.
• Valid state cosmetology license or certification, demonstrating compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a salon environment, showcasing a proven track record of styling and client satisfaction.
• Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency preferred for diverse clientele interaction.
