Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Phlebotomist is to collect blood samples from patients for medical testing. The Phlebotomist must ensure all procedures are performed safely and accurately, following the highest standards of quality control. They will also keep accurate records of each blood sample collection.
Requirements
• Certification as a Phlebotomist or related field
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Experience with blood draws and laboratory procedures
• Excellent communication skills with patients and medical staff
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently in high-stress situations
