Neuro Physiologist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Neuro Physiologist to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. This position is within one of the UAE’s largest government-affiliated healthcare networks, known for delivering exceptional patient care and operating state-of-the-art medical facilities. The Neuro Physiologist will be responsible for conducting specialized neurological assessments and diagnostic procedures, assisting physicians in diagnosing and managing neurological conditions.

Experience with pediatric patients is highly preferred.

• Conduct neurophysiological tests such as EEG, EMG, nerve conduction studies, and evoked potentials.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain the tests, and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Monitor and record neurological activity accurately using specialized equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to interpret results and provide input for diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain and calibrate neurophysiology equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.
• Stay updated on advancements in neurophysiology testing and best practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Neurophysiology, Clinical Neurophysiology, or related field.
• Valid UAE healthcare professional license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant clinical experience, including pediatric patient exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of neurological anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic techniques.
• Proficiency in operating neurophysiology diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
