Overview
Conduct psychosocial assessments, provide interventions, advocate for patients, and manage caseloads while ensuring compliance with professional standards.
Responsibilities- Conduct psychosocial assessments and therapeutic support.
- Collaborate with medical teams and advocate for patients’ rights.
- Provide counseling and support to students, collaborate with stakeholders, and promote a safe learning environment.
- Manage daily workload, supervise staff, conduct assessments, advocate for clients, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with healthcare providers.
- Degree in Social Work or related fields.
- Experience in youth-related social work or student wellbeing support.
- Strong communication skills and bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English).
- Experience in mental health, nursing, speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, or social work.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; experience in IVF and online sessions.
