IIQAF Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nursing Assistant in Abu Dhabi to support our hospital and healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in patient care, clinical support, basic medical assistance, and hospital ward operations
.

- Assist nurses and doctors in daily patient care activities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Support patients with hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities
- Prepare patient rooms and maintain cleanliness standards
- Assist in clinical procedures under supervision
- Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow hospital policies and UAE healthcare safety regulations
- Support ward operations and medical staff as required
- Diploma or certification in Nursing Assistant / Healthcare Assistant
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and patient‑focused attitude
- Ability to work in shifts (including nights if required)
- Experience in UAE healthcare sector preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
