IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician in Abu Dhabi to join our hospital and healthcare laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in medical laboratory testing, sample collection, clinical diagnostics, and laboratory equipment handling
.

• Perform laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures as per physician instructions
• Collect, label, and process blood, urine, and other clinical samples
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers
• Record and analyze test results accurately
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and laboratory safety standards
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and infection control procedures
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate laboratory documentation
• Support doctors and healthcare staff with diagnostic information
• Follow quality control and quality assurance protocols

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or related field
• Valid DOH / HAAD / DHA license preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures and diagnostic equipment
• Familiarity with hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology testing
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
