- Oversee clinical excellence, clinical audits, privileging, quality improvement project and service line expansion.
- Lead and develop ENT medical staffs.
- Ensure compliance with DOH and SEHA regulations.
- Support performance management and continuous improvement.
- Consultant ENT with valid DOH License.
- Strong background in clinical governance and team leadership.
