Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a highly experienced Group Head of Revenue Cycle Management to lead the transformation and optimisation of its end-to-end revenue cycle function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving revenue integrity, reducing operational inefficiencies, enhancing claims performance and driving automation across the organisation's healthcare facilities.

This role requires a strategic leader with deep provider-side healthcare experience and a proven track record delivering large-scale revenue cycle transformation programmes. The position will work closely with clinical, operational, finance and technology stakeholders to improve performance and maximise financial outcomes.

• Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Cycle Management function.
• Identify and eliminate revenue leakage across the healthcare network.
• Optimise clinical documentation, coding, billing, charging and claims processes.
• Improve denial management, collections performance and reimbursement outcomes.
• Drive standardisation of revenue cycle processes, data governance, reporting and performance management across the network.
• Design and implement KPI frameworks, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Partner with finance, operations, clinical and technology teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the revenue cycle transformation agenda across the group, including process redesign, automation initiatives and technology-enabled revenue optimisation.
• Partner closely with Technology, Operations and Finance teams on the redesign and implementation of future-state HIS and RCM capabilities.
• Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives across the revenue cycle.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare reimbursement and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
• 12+ years of healthcare experience with significant leadership responsibility across Revenue Cycle Management, revenue integrity, reimbursement, healthcare operations and/or RCM transformation.
• Deep understanding of clinical documentation, coding, billing, claims management, denials and collections.
• Proven experience leading revenue cycle transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and revenue integrity principles.
• Experience implementing automation, workflow optimisation and technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and change management skills.

• Experience supporting or leading EMR/HIS implementations, upgrades or large-scale healthcare technology transformation programmes.
