Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound examinations, meticulously assessing blood flow, identifying blockages, and evaluating vessel integrity with precision.
Operate advanced ultrasound equipment, optimizing imaging parameters to capture high-quality diagnostic images for accurate interpretation.
Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare teams, providing detailed findings and contributing to patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, documenting all procedures, findings, and patient information according to established protocols.
Qualifications- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field from an accredited program.
- Possession of a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or equivalent certification from ARDMS or CCI.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in a clinical setting performing a wide range of vascular ultrasound studies.
- Proficiency in operating various ultrasound machines (e.g., GE, Philips, Siemens) and specialized vascular probes.
