Lab Manager, AD-Omics

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Lab Manager to oversee daily operations in our single cell multi-omics (SCMO) laboratory
. This role is central to ensuring smooth sample processing, regulatory compliance, and coordination among scientists, technicians, and service providers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in molecular biology, single cell sequencing workflows, and lab management.

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the single cell sequencing lab
• Manage and train lab technicians and junior scientists
• Coordinate and schedule project workflows and sample processing timelines
• Maintain lab equipment, service contracts, and calibration logs
• Order and track consumables, reagents, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with biosafety (BSL-2), quality (e.g., ISO
  13485), and data integrity standards
• Oversee sample intake, tracking, QC, and documentation
• Liaise with bioinformatics, R&D, and commercial teams for project updates
• Develop and implement SOPs and participate in audits or certifications
• Support method optimization and protocol transfers

• M.S. in Molecular Biology, Genomics, or related field (PhD a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in a molecular biology or sequencing lab
• Profound experience with single cell sequencing and other NGS protocols
• Hands‑on experience with NGS workflows
• Prior lab management or team coordination experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of LIMS
• Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills

• Experience in a regulated environment (CLIA, CAP, ISO, GxP)
• Familiarity with automation platforms
• Understanding of single-cell sequencing and NGS platforms
• Budget tracking and supplier negotiation experience
