A well-established multispecialty pediatric-focused medical center in Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint a Clinical Psychologist to join its growing multidisciplinary team. The facility is known for delivering specialized child and adolescent services across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Al Ain, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient safety, and compassionate family‑centered care.

The role is based in Abu Dhabi and is best suited to a psychologist with experience supporting children and adolescents in a structured outpatient or specialty‑care setting. A valid DOH license is required
, and Arabic proficiency is essential to support effective engagement with patients and families in the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adolescents presenting with emotional, behavioral, developmental, or social communication concerns.
  • Develop individualized intervention plans and provide evidence‑based therapy in coordination with a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
  • Work closely with parents, caregivers, and referring clinicians to support long‑term child development and emotional well‑being.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or a related psychology discipline relevant to practice requirements in Abu Dhabi.
  • Valid DOH license as Clinical Psychologist.
  • Strong experience in pediatric or adolescent psychology, ideally within a multidisciplinary medical setting.
  • Fluent Arabic communication skills are required.
