Clinical Psychologist; Arabic Speaking

Via Medica in association with International SOS is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Student Wellbeing team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and provide individual counselling.
• Deliver evidence‑based therapeutic interventions and crisis support.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain confidential clinical records.
• Collaborate with academic and student support teams to enhance student wellbeing.
• Facilitate mental health awareness programs and psycho educational workshops.
• Refer students to external healthcare providers when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
• Valid DOH License as a Clinical Psychologist (mandatory).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience in a school, college, or university setting highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and case management skills.
