IIQAF Group is seeking an experienced Claims Officer in Abu Dhabi to manage hospital insurance claims, medical billing coordination, and reimbursement processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in health insurance claims processing, pre-authorization, rejection handling, and coordination with insurance companies in the UAE healthcare sector.

- Process and submit medical insurance claims accurately and on time
- Handle pre-approvals and pre-authorizations from insurance providers
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage details
- Coordinate with doctors, billing department, and insurance companies
- Follow up on pending, rejected, and returned claims
- Review claim documents for accuracy and compliance
- Resolve claim discrepancies and support reimbursement process
- Maintain detailed records of claims status and reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE health insurance regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE health insurance systems and medical billing procedures
- Experience in handling insurance portals and claim submissions
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of denial management and claim follow-up process
- Immediate joiners preferred
