Phlebotomist job in Abu-Dhabi UAE, job description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are ready to consider a foreigner with no experience. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements- Knowledge of laboratory safety principles and procedures, be able to follow instructions and take direction from medical staff
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills to maintain accurate records of patient's blood samples
- Drawing blood from patients for testing or donation
- Preparing the patient by explaining the procedure
- Using equipment according to protocol
- Labeling the specimen correctly
- Disposing of all materials properly
- Ensuring that all specimens are collected efficiently and safely
- Ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
