Phlebotomist job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking a qualified Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Phlebotomist who is licensed in the UAE and is able to perform venipuncture and other laboratory procedures. The position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month, with consideration for an immigrant.
Responsibilities- Perform venipuncture on adults and children
- Collect blood specimens from patients using correct technique and safety measures
- Properly label, prepare, and store samples
- Enter patient data into medical systems
- Maintain work area cleanliness and safety standards
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Report any errors or discrepancies to supervisor
- Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent qualification
- Certified phlebotomist by the UAE Ministry of Health or equivalent body
- Up-to-date knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
