Live-in Caregiver for Elderly in Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Live-in Caregiver for an elderly person in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in caregiving, preferably with elderly individuals. The primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and meal preparation.
The caregiver will also be responsible for monitoring the client's health and reporting any changes to the family or medical professionals. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This position is open to Indian and Pakistani candidates.
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with medication management according to prescribed schedules
- Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Monitor the client's health and report any changes to family or medical professionals
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Accompany the client on outings or appointments as needed
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with the client
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the client
- At least 2 years of experience in caregiving, preferably with elderly individuals
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (fluency preferred)
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus
- Valid driver's license is a plus
- Must be willing to live-in with the client
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
