Phlebotomist vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE, and job duties.
Phlebotomist - Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The salary for this position is 1000 AED per month and we are open to considering foreign candidates.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a phlebotomy training program
- At least one year phlebotomy experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Collecting blood from patients in a professional manner following established techniques and safety standards
- Performing venipuncture procedures with accuracy
- Labeling specimens accurately with patient information

- Maintaining accurate records of specimens collected
- Performing quality control checks on equipment used for collection of specimens
- Assisting with other duties as needed in the laboratory
