Psychologist

We are committed to supporting the physical and mental well-being of our patients and are seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team.

The Psychologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based psychological interventions to patients experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations using appropriate clinical tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
• Provide counseling and psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and wellness practices.
• Adhere to ethical, professional, and regulatory standards of practice.
• Contribute to the development of mental health awareness programs and initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Psychology (Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field).
• Valid DOH License / Eligibility as a Psychologist in Abu Dhabi.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic language skills are an advantage.
