Phlebotomist job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAEJob Summary
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, preparing the samples for laboratory testing, and performing related administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month. We are open to considering applications from immigrants.
Job Requirements- Degree in medical technology or a related field
- Certified phlebotomy training or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain accurate patient records
- Knowledgeable of safety protocols and techniques to ensure safety of themselves and their patients during the collection process
- Collect blood samples from patients while ensuring they remain comfortable throughout the process
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures
- Accurately record patient information into relevant databases
- Perform other duties such as maintaining supplies
- Cleaning equipment between uses
- Providing patient education about their tests
- Adhere to all safety protocols to protect themselves and their patients during collection processes
