To lead and manage nursing and allied health services and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure quality clinical services

To support and drive clinical operational efficiency and effectiveness as a strategic imperative

• To provide strong leadership to the team
• To actively drive, ensure compliance to and support a culture of quality care
• To support the development, implementation and monitoring of the nursing strategic plan to ensure that clinical and operational goals are met
• To actively manage and facilitate patient safety and other risk processes and practices
• Support with workforce planning and resource management to ensure a balance is achieved between clinical quality care and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain sustainable and productive relationships to ensure a high level of patient experience/satisfaction and integrated patient care

• Licensed or eligible for licensing as a registered nurse with the relevant Healthcare Authority in the UAE
• Master’s Degree in a related field will be an advantage

• At least 5 years’ unit manager/nursing management experience in a large healthcare setting
