MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo ensure sufficient store supplies are available for patient care
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASTo ensure efficient distribution of medical consumables to Inpatient and Outpatient units according to requisitionsto ensure optimal patient care and safety
Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient supply is available and perform monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained
Manage the stock receiving process for the business unit store, including unpacking and organising of stock as per company standard
To resolve any stock queries and concerns raised by internal stakeholders
To manage the overall cleanliness of the store
REQUIRED EDUCATIONA secondary school qualification (Grade 12)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCERelevant pharmacy store experience in a healthcare pharmacy setting
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of medical consumables

- Stock taking principles and procedures
