Position Overview

We are currently seeking a professional and compassionate
Patient Coordinator
to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field, with approximately 3 years of experience in a similar patient-facing or healthcare coordination role. Fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered for a Trainee position with appropriate development support.

The Patient Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between patients, therapists, and medical practitioners, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and patient-focused experience within our integrative healthcare environment. The role involves coordinating appointments, welcoming and assisting patients, supporting treatment pathways, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist patients in a professional, warm, and culturally sensitive manner.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, schedules, and treatment bookings across different healthcare services.
  • Manage waiting patients and ensure a comfortable, organized, and hospitable patient experience.
  • Contact patients regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and relevant service requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, therapists, doctors, and other healthcare practitioners.
  • Support patient intake, registration, follow-up, and treatment coordination processes.
  • Guide patients through treatment pathways across Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Chiropractic, Unani/Hijama, General Medicine, and Aesthetics services.
  • Assist patients in understanding treatment plans, recommended services, and follow-up requirements.
  • Coordinate communication between multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient records in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Ensure patient interactions and administrative processes are conducted in compliance with DOH requirements and internal policies.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries, concerns, and service-related needs.
  • Support the Medical Director and clinical team with patient coordination and administrative requirements.
  • Contribute to maintaining a calm, organized, welcoming, and patient-centric healthcare environment.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or Degree, preferably in Healthcare, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar patient coordination, healthcare administration, customer service, or clinical support role.
  • UAE National
    as the position is reserved for UAE Nationals.
  • Fluent in
    Arabic
    with good spoken
    English

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and patient-handling abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, therapists, patients, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments, schedules, records, and multiple priorities.
  • Good understanding of confidentiality and appropriate handling of patient information.
  • Familiarity with healthcare environments, patient pathways, and DOH requirements is an advantage.
  • Compassionate, culturally sensitive, detail-oriented, and patient-focused approach.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized in a busy clinical environment.
