Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate
Ayurveda & Naturopathy Therapists (Female)to join our healthcare and wellness team. The ideal candidates will have practical experience in Ayurveda and naturopathy therapies, with strong hands‑on expertise in
Panchakarma, Therapeutic Massage, and Wellness Massage
.

The therapist will be responsible for delivering safe, professional, and personalized therapeutic treatments in accordance with established clinical and wellness protocols. The role requires a patient‑focused approach, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with Ayurvedic doctors, naturopaths, and other healthcare practitioners within an integrative healing environment.

• Provide professional Ayurveda and naturopathy therapies in accordance with prescribed treatment plans and established protocols.
• Perform
  Panchakarma therapies
  safely and effectively as directed by the supervising practitioner.
• Deliver therapeutic and wellness massages based on individual patient needs and treatment objectives.
• Prepare patients, treatment rooms, equipment, oils, herbal preparations, and other materials required for therapies.
• Follow appropriate hygiene, infection control, safety, and professional standards during all treatments.
• Explain treatment procedures and aftercare instructions to patients in a clear and professional manner.
• Monitor patient comfort and response throughout treatments and report any concerns or changes to the supervising practitioner.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and document therapies provided and patient responses.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain a calm, clean, welcoming, and professional treatment environment.
• Handle patients with compassion, respect, cultural sensitivity, and confidentiality.
• Follow organizational policies, clinical protocols, and applicable healthcare and regulatory requirements.

• Female candidate with relevant qualification or professional training in
  Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Ayurvedic Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field
  .
• Proven hands‑on experience in
  Panchakarma treatments
  .
• Strong practical experience in
  Therapeutic Massage and Wellness Massage
  .
• Previous experience working in a clinic, wellness center, medical wellness facility, spa, or integrative healthcare environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of Ayurvedic and naturopathic treatment principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of treatment hygiene, patient safety, and professional standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand patient needs and provide a compassionate, personalized treatment experience.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare and wellness team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands‑on therapies for extended periods.
• Professional, attentive, reliable, and detail‑oriented approach.
• Willingness to follow treatment plans and instructions provided by qualified practitioners.
