We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Bani Yas City. This role will involve providing comprehensive eye care services to our patients, from regular check-ups to the fitting of eyeglasses and contact lenses. The ideal candidate should be passionate about eye care, have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable with using advanced technology.

• The successful candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in optometry or an equivalent qualification from an accredited school. They must have at least one year of experience as an optometrist and must be licensed by the Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD). The applicant should also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• The primary responsibility of the Optometrist will be to examine patients’ eyes, diagnose sight problems and provide advice on how to correct or improve vision. This includes conducting comprehensive eye tests, interpreting results and recommending treatment plans as well as prescribing corrective lenses or medication when needed. The Optometrist is also required to stay up-to-date with emerging trends in optometry and ensure that all optical equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.

• The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, good organizational abilities and a thorough knowledge of the latest developments in the field of optometry. They must also be comfortable working with medical equipment such as retinoscopes, phoropters and other optical instruments. Additionally, they should have good hand-eye coordination for precise measurements as well as a good understanding of ocular anatomy.
